Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: AMSLead - Mainframe - Provide L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications in a 24x7 support environment. - Monitor production systems and proactively identify and resolve incidents. - Perform incident, service request, problem, and change management activities. - Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM. - Experience with Mainframe batch processing and job scheduling tools. - Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management. - You will work on Canada Time zone.
