Dev/Ops Engineering Team Lead

The ideal candidate will be an experienced hands-on developer with team lead / senior experience and be confident in making architecturally significant decisions. We are looking for someone that will bring clear, grounded ideas for improving AI-based development practices and integrating Agentic solutions into new and existing products. Topsec Cloud solutions provide a world-class Email Security Platform for our customers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the development of systems and features that provide cutting-edge security tools for our customer base. This role will involve: - Liaison with CTO and Commercial team to understand and develop the product roadmap - Collaborating with the existing team and CTO to agree on systems architecture - Defining work to be done, assigning tasks and overseeing implementation - Establishing consistent practices for AI driven development - Evaluating the role of AI and Agentic systems within the product - Hands-on software development Requirements: - 5+ years leading development teams - Experience building scalable distributed systems - Relational Database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL etc) - Linux experience - AI driven development experience - AI product development experience Desirable: - Experience with core email technologies - Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs and MS365 product ecosystem - Cybersecurity experience Our core technology stack: - Python, C++ - MySQL, Redis - Elasticsearch - Ansible
