Excellent opportunity for an Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer to join our People and Inclusion function at KPMG. - Flexible working within a creative, dynamic, and growing team! As an Instructional Designer at KPMG, you will consult with stakeholders to identify, design, and curate learning solutions. You will be involved in: - Working with SME’s and learning managers to identify learning needs - Developing detailed storyboards, templates, and resources to enable the production of solutions (classroom, elearning, video etc…) - Managing projects end to end ensuring the successful delivery of projects - Partnering with developers and vendors to enable learning solutions to be created To be successful in this role you will: - Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with SME’s - Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and meet critical deadlines. - Have experience designing blended learning programs, elearning courses, videos, animations, and other resources Ideal candidates for this role will bring with them a Bachelor degree majoring in Instructional Design, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Diploma of Training Design and Development.
