The Principal Creative Director will shape the future of AI-native creative production, combining advanced generative technologies with exceptional storytelling and visual craft. This hands-on leadership role will define how AI is integrated into video, motion, and design, while setting a high creative standard through original work and experimentation. You will develop innovative brand films, campaigns, and product storytelling that bring together traditional production techniques and generative AI. Beyond individual projects, you will establish the tools, workflows, and creative principles that enable a broader studio team to produce outstanding work consistently. Working alongside creative leadership, video and motion specialists, and brand designers, you will help build a distinctive creative practice at the intersection of technology and design.
