CTO / AI Specialist (Healthcare / NHS

We’re hiring: CTO / AI Specialist (Healthcare / NHS) £120,000 - £130,000 + bonuses | Permanent | Location: Remote We’re looking for a technology leader who knows healthcare inside out and wants to put AI to work where it actually makes a difference. You’ll join a growing healthcare technology group whose software businesses serve the NHS and the wider health sector. You’ll sit within the R&D function, leading business transformation and driving innovation in how they build, improve and launch products. What you’ll be doing: → Setting the technology and AI strategy for R&D, and delivering on it → Leading business transformation across the group: new ways of working, smarter processes, better products → Finding where AI and emerging tech can improve the products and the outcomes they support → Taking ideas from concept to proof of concept to production → Working closely with product, engineering and commercial leaders across multiple business units → Making sure innovation stays safe, secure and compliant in a regulated environment What we’re looking for: → Senior technology leadership experience (CTO, Head of Technology or similar) → Strong AI/ML expertise and a track record of shipping AI-driven products → Solid healthcare experience, ideally with the NHS → Familiarity with health data, interoperability (FHIR, HL7) and NHS standards such as DTAC, DSPT and DCB0129 → The ability to bring people with you and turn big ideas into real results What’s on offer: → Extensive benefits package + bonuses → A permanent role with real influence over product direction → The backing of an established group, with the freedom to innovate Interested?
