CERIS Director of Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CERIS Director of Product based in the United States. The Director of Product will help shape the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Itemized Bill Review (IBR) and Hospital Bill Audit (HBA) solutions within the medical cost containment industry. This leadership role combines clinical audit expertise, product strategy, and commercial insight to drive portfolio growth and strengthen client value. You will support the development of innovative prepayment and post-payment solutions while identifying opportunities to improve product performance, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, clients, and industry experts, you will translate market needs into effective product initiatives. The role also involves guiding product launches, supporting business planning, and enabling commercial teams through training and subject matter expertise. This is a full-time opportunity with a remote designation and travel of up to 25% for customer visits and industry events.
