Today, we partner with over 2,000 brands across 50+ countries, providing interactive experiences to both online and land-based operators.
About the role
We’re looking for an engineer who can look after our infrastructure, help us automate more of it, and bring strong technical judgement to the team. You’ll work across our on-premise and cloud setup, and when we plan to deploy something new, you’ll review it, give your input and point out what could go wrong. You’ll work closely with our infrastructure team lead, DevOps engineers and development teams, and the team uses English every day.
What you’ll work on
- Automating infrastructure work with code (Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu) so fewer things are done by hand, and documenting it so the whole team can use it
- Designing, running and improving our Linux infrastructure, on-premise and in the cloud
- Reviewing solutions and components before we deploy them and flagging risks early
- Giving input on technical decisions and suggesting alternatives when something doesn’t fit
- Simplifying and standardizing how we build and run our infrastructure
- Keeping our cloud setup secure and its costs under control
- Helping the team lead handle incidents and finding root causes so the same problem doesn’t come back
- Taking part in our next steps, such as introducing OpenTelemetry and growing our container platform
What you bring
- 5+ years running larger Linux environments in production, and you’re comfortable troubleshooting across the OS, network and application level
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Solid experience automating infrastructure: you’ve written and maintained Ansible or Terraform/OpenTofu code yourself, not only used what others built
- Experience running Docker in production
- A good understanding of how web platforms fit together: reverse proxies, load balancers, databases, caches and message brokers
- Solid networking and security knowledge: DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, routing, firewalls, TLS, hardening and access control
- Experience setting up and running at least one monitoring tool
- Bash and Python or Go for automation
- The ability to explain technical things clearly, to both technical and non-technical people
Technologies we work with
Ubuntu, Debian, AWS, Azure, Nginx, HAProxy, MySQL/Percona, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, VMware vSphere and Proxmox.
Bonus points
- Kubernetes in production (EKS, AKS, K3s, Talos Linux)
- Strong Terraform/OpenTofu experience
- OpenTelemetry and centralized logging
- GitOps with ArgoCD, FluxCD or similar
- Secrets management with HashiCorp Vault, Infisical or similar
- Highly available databases (MySQL, Percona XtraDB Cluster, PostgreSQL)
- SRE practices like SLIs, SLOs and error budgets
- Cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
- Using AI tools in operations and automation (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI APIs, agents)
- AWS, Azure, Kubernetes or Terraform certifications
By joining us you will
- Be part of an international company with a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Enjoy working in a modern, centrally located office in Vilnius, complete with free parking nearby
- Experience a flexible work model with 2 Fridays off and 8 remote workdays per month
- Bring your ideas to life and grow professionally in an environment that values trust, not micromanagement
- Unlock opportunities for growth with internal and external training
- Access comprehensive health insurance after your trial period
- Receive a digital shop budget once you’ve completed your trial
- Stay active with a sports club membership, available after the trial period
- Monthly salary range 5000 – 6500 EUR gross (the final offer will depend on your experience and skills)
