AWS Cloud Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Platform Engineer to join an enterprise-scale cloud platform team, supporting and continuously improving AWS infrastructure, automation, security and production services within the aviation industry. What we're looking for: - Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments. - Practical experience with Terraform, Python and GitHub Actions. - Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch and CloudTrail. - Good knowledge of IAM, AWS Organizations, Service Control Policies (SCPs) and cloud governance. - Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and deployment issues. - Knowledge of cloud security, vulnerability management and remediation. - Experience handling production incidents, support requests and SLA-driven activities. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills. - A proactive, customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Experience with AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, Snyk, Kubernetes or container technologies, as well as AWS certifications, will be considered a plus. Work model: - Hybrid - 1 day per week at an office in Porto or Lisbon (Oriente), with the possibility of reducing attendance to once every two weeks.
