Senior Product Training Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Training Specialist based in the United States. This is a customer-facing learning role focused on helping thousands of customers successfully adopt and maximize a connected operations technology platform. You will design and deliver scalable learning experiences across webinars, digital programs, and cohort-based training sessions. The role combines facilitation, instructional design, product expertise, content creation, and data-driven program improvement. You will make complex technology accessible and actionable for diverse audiences across transportation, construction, field services, and other operational industries. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Education teams, you will identify knowledge gaps and turn customer needs into impactful learning programs. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and growth-oriented, with significant autonomy to experiment with new tools and approaches.
