Senior Data Engineer - Greenfield Technology Programme – Build a new data capability from the ground up - 12-Month Contract - €450–€550 Daily Rate An internationally established financial services business is investing in a major technology initiative, creating a new data platform designed to transform how complex financial and actuarial information is processed, modelled and applied. With a long history in its sector and relationships with some of the world's largest organisations, this is an opportunity to join a business where data is central to its future direction. You'll take a hands-on role in designing and delivering the engineering solutions behind this platform. Working with substantial datasets and complex client requirements, you'll build scalable data pipelines, develop actuarial data models and help unlock new opportunities through AI and advanced analytics. This is a chance to bring senior-level engineering expertise into a high-profile programme and have a genuine influence on the technology being built. What you'll bring - 8+ years' experience in Data Engineering, with a track record of delivering complex data solutions. - Strong practical experience developing data solutions using Python and Databricks. - Experience operating in regulated industries, ideally financial services, with an appreciation of governance, data integrity and regulatory controls.
