Head of Digital Transformation

An international B2B organization is looking for a senior technology leader to define and execute its digital transformation strategy. This is a strategic leadership role with direct exposure to senior management. The successful candidate will modernize the technology landscape, improve operational efficiency and build an IT function capable of supporting the company’s next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the company’s Digital & IT roadmap aligned with business priorities. - Lead transformation initiatives across AI, automation, systems integration and process improvement. - Prioritize technology investments through business cases, budgets and measurable ROI. - Identify and scale practical AI and automation use cases across the organization. - Improve the integration and scalability of core business systems. - Lead and develop the IT team, establishing clear processes, responsibilities and service levels. - Oversee cybersecurity, data protection and technology risk management. - Manage technology vendors and implementation partners. - Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working across the business. Candidate Profile - 10+ years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation or Technology Management. - 5+ years leading technology teams or transformation initiatives. - Experience in international or multi-site organizations. - Proven experience delivering systems integration, automation or enterprise technology projects. - Exposure to applied AI initiatives within a business environment. - Strong project, portfolio and budget management capabilities. - Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and non-technical stakeholders. - Fluent Spanish and English. - Solid understanding of cybersecurity and data protection. Nice to Have - Experience with ERP environments and complex business systems. - Background in B2B, industrial, engineering or professional services environments. - Previous experience in high-growth or transformation-led companies.
