Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis based in the United States. The Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across SaaS and payments business lines in a dynamic, high-growth technology environment. This strategic role provides broad exposure to executive leadership, private equity stakeholders, and cross-functional business teams. You will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, helping guide business decisions, investment priorities, and long-term growth. Alongside owning core FP&A processes, you will develop executive dashboards, strengthen financial models, and deliver board-level and investor reporting. The role also emphasizes modernizing financial operations through AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics. You will serve as a trusted finance partner, building scalable processes and supporting sustainable business performance.
