AI Engineer (m/w/d)

(Senior) AI Engineer – Agentic Engineering & LLMs Berlin | Hybrid | Up to €110k total compensation What if AI agents could build, test and deliver software with minimal human intervention? We're looking for an AI Engineer who is already working at the forefront of agentic engineering and wants to help shape how an ambitious technology company builds software. What you'll do: - Build multi-agent workflows that turn specifications into production-ready software. - Develop systems where AI agents write, test, evaluate and improve their own code. - Build reliable LLM-powered features and intelligent automation for real customers. - Continuously improve agent performance, quality and autonomy. What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor. - Experience building agents, multi-agent workflows and LLM applications. - Strong Python and good software engineering fundamentals. - Experience taking AI-powered products beyond prototypes and into production. - A genuine passion for experimenting with and advancing AI engineering.
