This is a fully remote contract opportunity for an experienced legal professional specializing in finance and real estate. You will contribute your expertise to a human-preference study focused on evaluating AI-generated legal work products. The engagement involves reviewing realistic legal matters and assessing multiple AI-generated deliverables against a common comparator. You will provide clear, specific reasoning behind your preferences, helping assess the quality and practical usefulness of AI-assisted legal work. The scope covers sophisticated matters including secured lending, project finance, RMBS, commercial leasing, and mixed-use development. The role is designed for lawyers who can evaluate legal work holistically, balancing correctness, completeness, judgment, and practical value. With approximately 30 hours of work, the engagement offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of advanced AI systems for legal applications.
