What we’re looking for - At least 5 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with responsibilities relevant to this role. - The seniority and autonomy to investigate problems and implement solutions without close supervision, while working collaboratively within the team. - Strong knowledge of AWS, particularly managed services. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting workloads end to end. - Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps. - Experience with GitHub Actions and automated testing and deployment pipelines in high-scale environments. - Strong security practices, including IAM and the principle of least privilege. - An understanding of software engineering practices and architectural patterns, including microservices, CQRS, and DDD. - Proficiency in English. How you’ll work with the team You’re collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable communicating technical recommendations to different audiences. You bring technical curiosity, a willingness to share knowledge, and a focus on service quality. You’re also open to using AI-assisted tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, and support software development.
