IT Product Owner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a IT Product Owner based in India. Take ownership of a critical enterprise SaaS platform and help maximize its value across technology, governance, risk, privacy, and compliance functions. In this role, you will serve as the internal technical point of contact, ensuring platform stability, performance, security, and long-term lifecycle planning. You will work closely with business process owners, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver secure integrations and effective platform enhancements. A key part of the role involves developing automation, workflows, templates, and role-based access controls to improve efficiency and user experience. You will also coordinate upgrades, releases, testing, and technical support while minimizing disruption to business operations. The position offers broad cross-functional exposure across Privacy, GRC, Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams. You will play an important role in strengthening enterprise processes through reliable technology solutions, thoughtful governance, and continuous platform improvement.
