Senior Business Operations Analyst | Revenue Assurance

Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst | Revenue Assurance based in Brazil. We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Operations Analyst to help safeguard revenue accuracy and integrity across complex billing and payment operations. In this role, you will investigate incidents across multiple business systems, identify root causes, and prevent operational discrepancies from becoming financial losses. You will work closely with Finance, IT, Billing, Payments, and Operations teams to strengthen processes and ensure reliable revenue flows. You will also take ownership of the Revenue Assurance Integrity Driller (RAID) tool, conducting discrepancy analyses and supporting its use across teams.
