Expected Task for this role: - Design and fine-tune game math models for upcoming slot and casino games - Conduct simulations to validate game math - Collaborate with Game Producers and Developers on game mechanics and balance - Analyze competitor games and deliver insights on math models - Participate in the full game creation process from concept to delivery - Assist with backend adaptations for reels and other game mechanics Soft Skills: - Punctuality and consistency - Strong communication and accountability - Initiative and proactivity - Ability to reason and argue based on propositions Experience: We consider all profiles — from entry-level to Lead Experts. Candidates typically have a background in mathematics, computer science, technology, or engineering, with experience in game math or related roles.
