Senior Manager, Operational Excellence

Responsibility: Leads enterprise operational improvement from problem definition through sustained execution. Provides objective assessment, root-cause analysis, governance, operating-model design, cross-functional alignment, implementation support, and effectiveness measurement to ensure complex initiatives deliver measurable operational value. - Enterprise problem solving: Leads cross-functional improvement from problem definition through implementation, governance, and effectiveness measurement. - Operational assessment and risk: Identifies root causes, control gaps, failure points, adoption barriers, and material business risks across quality, workforce, compliance, CX, and performance. - Governance and operating model design: Builds scalable playbooks, workflows, RACIs, standards, decision rights, performance routines, and escalation paths. - Implementation and effectiveness: Translates findings into actions, owners, checkpoints, adoption measures, and outcome tracking; supports sustainable BAU handoff. - Executive decision support: Partners with senior leaders to pressure-test assumptions, develop business cases, synthesize complex information, and convert ambiguity into executable plans. - Transformation and capability enablement: Evaluates readiness, adoption, ROI, and operating impact of transformation initiatives while developing OpEx analytical and problem-solving capability. - Client Sentiment: Provides independent support and feedback to Clients on Business challenges to deliver a Conduent Consultancy proposition Requirements: - Graduate Diploma, Bachelor' s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field - Proven experience as a Manager, Operational Excellence or similar role - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams - Strong project management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Certification is a plus - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred Originally posted on Himalayas
