Adroit People is currently hiring Role: Consulting Partner- AI Transformation Location: Den Haag, Netherlands Duration: Full time Employment 5 days onsite to Client location Role Summary Seeking a senior AI Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide AI strategy, adoption, and business transformation. The role will partner with executive stakeholders to define AI operating models, lead organizational change, and deliver measurable business value through responsible and scalable AI implementations. Key Skills & Capabilities - Executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor experience. - Enterprise AI strategy, transformation leadership, and operating model design. - Expertise in AI adoption, change management, capability building, and leadership enablement. - Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, data & analytics, automation, AI governance, and Responsible AI. - Ability to align business strategy, process redesign, technology, and people transformation. - Strong commercial acumen, business case development, portfolio prioritization, and benefits realization. - Excellent consulting, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience Required - 18+ years of experience in consulting, AI/Data transformation, digital transformation, or senior business leadership roles. - Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation programs. - Strong track record of driving AI initiatives from strategy and experimentation to enterprise adoption and measurable outcomes. - Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and shaping transformation portfolios and strategic business cases. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Measures of Success - Successful enterprise AI adoption and business value realization. - Increased organizational AI capability and leadership readiness. - Delivery of prioritized AI transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes. - Effective governance, responsible AI practices, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
