Senior Manager, Remarketing Operations & Services

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Remarketing Operations & Services based in the United States. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling a nationwide vehicle reconditioning and enhancement program across a large branch network. You’ll lead a team of Make-Ready Analysts and establish consistent, efficient standards for preparing vehicles for sale. The role combines operational leadership, vendor management, financial oversight, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with field operations, procurement, finance, sales, product, IT, and training teams to improve execution and profitability. A key focus will be transforming remarketing services into a scalable, revenue-generating offering while strengthening the seller experience. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, standardize processes, and maximize the value of every remarketed vehicle. The position is remote and offers significant scope to shape a growing operational program.
