Product Manager, Growth & Developer Experience

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Growth & Developer Experience based in United States. This is an early-stage product leadership opportunity focused on transforming how developers evaluate, adopt, and experience an emerging agent-native technology platform. You’ll own the evaluation journey end to end, from first interaction through initial technical success and ultimately a production decision. The role blends product management, developer experience, growth, analytics, and close collaboration with engineering and go-to-market teams. You’ll use data, customer conversations, and hands-on observation to identify friction and turn high-touch processes into scalable, self-guided product experiences. Your work will directly influence SDKs, CLI onboarding, documentation, templates, APIs, and other critical developer-facing surfaces. You’ll operate with significant autonomy in a small, distributed team where there is no established playbook and experimentation is encouraged. This is an opportunity to help define the product and evaluation motion for a new category while working at the frontier of AI agents, identity, and access infrastructure.
