Operating in a highly fluid environment, this position bridges the gap between hands-on internal controls and strategic US market execution.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with control functions across every aspect of the US business, from managing KYC/KYB onboarding pipelines and marketing content reviews to leading US executive reporting and customer support alignment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves comfortably between granular risk management and growth strategy, and elevates organizational maturity to sustain OKX’s growth, integrity, and regulatory excellence.

-
Controls Product Management: Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to understand key risks associated with new product launches, and utilize relationships with Product to promote innovation and product delivery.

-
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Operations, Program Management, Compliance Operations, Governance, or Risk Management within fintech, crypto/web3, or heavily regulated financial services.
-
