We are Hiring Consulting Partner – AI Transformation, Adoption & Value Realization Consulting Partner - 1 nos Onsite location - Den Haag Market rate Telco Domain Position: Consulting Partner – AI Transformation, Adoption & Value Realization This is a senior consulting leadership role focused on leading enterprise-scale AI and Agentic AI transformation programs, driving adoption, value realization, executive alignment, and business outcomes. Key Requirements 18+ years of experience in consulting, AI transformation, digital transformation, or business leadership roles. Strong executive stakeholder management and C-suite advisory experience. Expertise in AI strategy, operating model design, adoption, organizational change, and benefits realization. Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Automation, AI Governance, and Responsible AI. Demonstrated success leading large-scale multi-stakeholder transformation programs and delivering measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Define and lead enterprise AI and Agentic AI transformation strategies. Advise senior executives on AI-enabled operating models and transformation roadmaps. Drive AI adoption, value realization, and business ownership. Lead governance, portfolio prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage multidisciplinary teams comprising adoption leads, business analysts, technical integrators, product specialists, and change professionals. Ideal Candidate Profile A senior consulting leader or transformation executive with extensive experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, business consulting, change management, and executive stakeholder engagement, capable of translating AI investments into measurable business outcomes.
