Program Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Director based in the United States. This remote leadership role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for a mission-driven program focused on strengthening pastoral leadership and community engagement. You will guide the program from development through implementation, evaluation, and long-term sustainability. The role combines relationship-building, program strategy, participant engagement, curriculum development, and operational management. You will collaborate with pastoral leaders, congregations, facilitators, coaches, subject matter experts, funders, and internal teams. Success requires balancing relational leadership with strong organization, accountability, and consistent execution across a multi-phase initiative. The position offers an opportunity to support Latino/a pastoral leadership and help faith communities translate their values into meaningful community development. It is ideal for a bilingual, culturally attuned leader who is passionate about faith-based work, Christian Community Development, and developing people and organizations.
