Client Onboarding Specialist

At Nestifytech Solutions, We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through a smooth, engaging, and successful implementation experience. You’ll coordinate internally and externally to ensure client goals are met from day one. Responsibilities: - Lead the onboarding process for new clients, from kickoff to go-live. - Customize setup and training based on client use cases. - Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations. - Troubleshoot issues and provide technical and procedural support. - Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Success teams. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years in onboarding, implementation, or project coordination roles. - Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills. - Experience with onboarding software or tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Intercom). - SaaS or B2B tech experience is a plus.
