You'll work on high-impact initiatives that enable business users to discover, access, and interact with data through AI-powered experiences deployed into production. They are looking for someone who comes from a traditional AI and Machine Learning background who has then developed into a AI Engineering role. The Role You will: - Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions. - Develop AI agents that enable users to discover where data is stored and how it can be accessed. - Create natural language interfaces for querying data, generating insights, and supporting dashboard creation. - Work closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to identify and deliver valuable use cases. - Deploy and maintain production-grade AI applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and adoption. - Leverage LLMs, retrieval systems, metadata platforms, and semantic layers to improve data discoverability. - Support the development of AI and analytics engineering best practices across the organisation. Your Skills & Experience - Strong commercial experience delivering AI solutions within data environments. - Proven experience building and deploying AI agents into production environments. - Track record of delivering analytics-focused AI use cases that drive business value. - Experience enabling natural language interaction with data platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools. - Strong understanding of modern BI architectures and data ecosystems. - Experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and enterprise data platforms. - Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
