Finance System Initiatives Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance System Initiatives Lead based in India . In this role, you will lead global finance technology initiatives focused on electronic invoicing, regulatory compliance, and country-specific ERP localization. You will translate complex statutory and regulatory requirements into scalable system solutions that support accurate financial operations across multiple countries and legal entities. Working closely with Finance, Controllership, Compliance, Digital Technology, and business teams, you will drive projects from requirements definition and design through testing, implementation, and stabilization. You will also coordinate external advisors, manage system governance, and ensure that finance processes remain aligned with local regulations and enterprise standards.
