This role will lead enterprise-scale AI and agentic AI transformation initiatives, aligning executive vision with measurable business outcomes while driving organizational readiness, governance, and sustained adoption. Key Responsibilities - Define and lead enterprise AI and agentic AI transformation strategies aligned with business priorities. - Advise C-suite executives and senior stakeholders on AI-enabled operating models, capability building, leadership decisions, and human-AI collaboration. - Translate enterprise strategy into transformation portfolios, investment roadmaps, and governance models. - Own the adoption and value-realization agenda, establishing accountability between transformation teams and business owners. - Define and monitor outcome, adoption, productivity, quality, and user-experience measures. - Guide AI and analytics initiatives from experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment and sustained business ownership. - Oversee transformation portfolios, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic alignment, business value, feasibility, and risk. - Lead governance forums covering scope, funding, dependencies, timelines, and benefits. - Embed responsible AI, controls, and organizational readiness into transformation decisions. - Lead complex consulting engagements, build trusted executive relationships, and shape business cases and AI transformation propositions. - Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor senior consultants while contributing reusable consulting methods and thought leadership. Required Skills & Experience - Typically 18+ years in consulting, data and AI transformation, digital transformation, or related business leadership roles. - Strong Telecom domain experience. - Proven experience leading large, multi-stakeholder transformation programs and advising senior executives. - Enterprise AI strategy, transformation leadership, and operating model design. - Strong understanding of agentic AI, generative AI, data and analytics, automation, AI governance, and responsible AI. - Experience driving adoption, organizational change, capability building, and leadership enablement. - Expertise in business-case development, portfolio prioritization, and benefits realization. - Strong commercial acumen, consulting leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and executive communication skills. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, mathematics, data/analytics, or a related discipline. 📩 Interested?
