Senior Engineer II, Proxy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineer II, Proxy based in Canada. We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help develop and evolve a critical ingress proxy service that serves as the primary entry point to a modern browser security platform. In this role, you will contribute to extending security controls beyond human users to include AI agents, helping organizations protect their digital environments as AI adoption accelerates. You will design, build, and optimize highly available, secure, and high-performance networked systems. Working within a small, autonomous engineering team, you will have significant ownership over technical decisions and projects from initial design through production deployment. You will also help modernize existing infrastructure while maintaining reliability and scalability.
