Supply Chain Procurement Specialist – Level 2

Our partner is looking for a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist – Level 2 based in the United States. In this role, you will support strategic procurement activities within the computer IT hardware and software categories, contributing to complex projects in a highly regulated and technology-driven environment. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from supplier sourcing and bid evaluation to negotiations, purchase order administration, and delivery oversight. Working closely with engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers, you will ensure that materials and services meet technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements. You will also identify cost-saving opportunities, assess supplier performance, and help strengthen supply chain efficiency while managing procurement risks. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of critical technology and infrastructure initiatives.
