Financial Operations Specialist

This is an opportunity for an early-career finance professional to build expertise across billing, collections, accounts receivable, and financial operations. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment application, and reliable financial records. The position combines hands-on financial administration with opportunities to improve processes across the order-to-cash cycle. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Business Systems, and Finance teams to resolve billing questions and improve the customer experience. The role also provides exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and financial systems. You will be encouraged to use data, technology, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and streamline recurring workflows.
