SAP Technology Lead | Poland

Description & Requirements Who we are looking for 🟢We are looking for an experienced SAP Technology Leadto help shape and grow our SAP Technology capability across Central Europe. This is a senior leadership role combining people leadership, technology strategy, architecture and client advisory. You will lead an international SAP Technology team of 30+ professionals, work closely with SAP and business leaders across Deloitte, and advise clients on complex SAP transformations. You will bring strong SAP technology expertise, but your main responsibility will be to set direction, develop people, guide technical decisions and build a strong SAP Technology capability. What do we expect from you? 🎯 - 10-12 years of experience within SAP Technology, ideally including consulting experience. - Proven experience leading and developing SAP technology teams. - Strong understanding of SAP Development and Integration, including technologies such as ABAP, Fiori and SAP BTP. - Good understanding of modern S/4HANA architecture, cloud and integration landscapes. - SAP Basis and SAP Analytics knowledge is an advantage. - Ability to provide technical direction without needing to be hands-on in day-to-day development. - Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders. - Ability to build, motivate and develop diverse international teams. - Strong commercial awareness and an interest in growing SAP capabilities and client relationships. - Excellent English. - Based in Poland and native-level Polish. Your future role - Lead and develop an international SAP Technology team of 30+ professionals across Central Europe. - Set the strategic direction and priorities for the SAP Technology capability. - Build a high-performing team by developing technical leaders and strengthening key capabilities. - Act as a senior technology advisor to clients on complex SAP transformations. - Provide architectural direction across S/4HANA, BTP, Integration, Fiori, ABAP and cloud/RISE with SAP. - Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to business growth. - Provide technical oversight and guidance on complex architecture and technology decisions. - Collaborate with SAP leaders across Central Europe and the global Deloitte network.
