Program Manager, Insurance Software Implementation

Our partner is looking for a Program Manager, Insurance Software Implementation based in the United States. Lead complex SaaS implementation programs that help insurance and financial services organizations modernize their operations and accelerate digital transformation. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of enterprise software implementations while directly managing at least one strategic client engagement. You’ll balance delivery execution with team coaching, ensuring projects meet their timelines, quality standards, financial targets, and go-live commitments. Working across product, engineering, quality assurance, sales, and client leadership teams, you’ll strengthen delivery governance and improve implementation practices at scale. You’ll also champion practical AI adoption to increase productivity, improve delivery visibility, and enhance client outcomes.
