Founding Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Recruiter based in the United States. As a Founding Recruiter, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-moving, early-stage technology environment. You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. The position combines hands-on sourcing, strategic partnership with hiring managers, candidate assessment, and offer closing. You will work closely with leadership to define hiring needs, establish strong talent pipelines, and maintain a high hiring bar. The role also offers the opportunity to shape recruiting processes, tools, and practices from the ground up as the organization scales. Success requires excellent judgment, speed, independence, and a strong commitment to candidate experience.
