Studies show that men tend to apply when they meet around 60% of the criteria, while women and non-binary people often feel they need to meet significantly more requirements, even though they are equally well qualified. We are interested in the value you can bring, not in a perfect checklist. No one has everything, and that's completely okay. And if you need any accommodations (e.g. additional time, assistive devices, or similar), just let us know – we'll make it possible!
