Backend NestJs Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Backend NestJS Developer based in Brazil. We are seeking an experienced backend developer to maintain and enhance a live, business-critical microservices platform. In this fully remote role, you will combine production support with hands-on feature development, taking ownership of issues and improvements from investigation through deployment. You will work across distributed services and integrations with external platforms, helping ensure system reliability, data integrity, and seamless business operations. Working closely with product and QA teams, you will contribute to technical decisions, clarify requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will also use AI coding agents as part of an increasingly agentic development workflow, balancing speed with careful testing and code quality. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact in a collaborative environment that values autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
