Cloud Operations Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer based in United States. This role is an opportunity to help operate and strengthen cloud infrastructure supporting a broad portfolio of enterprise applications. You will maintain production environments, troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, provision new platforms, and support upgrades across complex cloud ecosystems. Working as part of a distributed global operations team, you will contribute to reliable and secure services with 24/7 operational coverage. The position combines hands-on systems administration with cross-functional collaboration across Support, Engineering, and Professional Services. You will also contribute to infrastructure modernization, security initiatives, documentation, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, customer awareness, and a commitment to resilient, well-documented operations. It is well suited to an experienced cloud operations professional who enjoys solving challenging infrastructure problems in a collaborative environment.
