Senior Factoring Underwriter & Credit Specialist

Our partner is looking for a Senior Factoring Underwriter & Credit Specialist based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced factoring and credit specialist to lead underwriting, risk assessment, and portfolio management for commercial accounts receivable (A/R) factoring facilities. In this role, you will evaluate debtor creditworthiness, establish credit limits, verify invoices, and structure financing arrangements for high-growth e-commerce, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and B2B wholesale businesses. You will play a critical role in protecting portfolio quality by managing dilution risk, analyzing lien positions, and ensuring the proper perfection of security interests. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Risk teams, you will help transform complex factoring processes into scalable, automated workflows. The position combines deep commercial credit expertise with hands-on operational oversight and innovative fintech solutions. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to improve analytical efficiency, streamline documentation, and strengthen verification processes.
