Space System Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join a dynamic team at a leading Polish space technology company. You will work on the design and development of advanced satellite systems and high-reliability electronics, contributing to international space projects in collaboration with the European Space Agency. This hybrid role based in Warsaw offers the chance to engage in complex technology projects that push the boundaries of space exploration. Your tasks - Providing technical support to the project and recommending appropriate solutions - Defining and validating technical requirements for space systems - Reviewing and assessing technical deliverables for quality and compliance with standards - Identifying technical risks and recommending mitigation actions - Overseeing the consistency of system architecture and fulfilling functional and quality requirements - Coordinating the exchange of information between technical disciplines - Preparing and presenting a consistent technical approach for the project - Conducting cross-disciplinary analyses to assess technical risks Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering highly complex technology projects - Experience in the space or aerospace sector - Strong knowledge of standards and qualification processes used in the space industry - Ability to assess technical risk and conduct cross-disciplinary analyses - Experience in roles such as Systems Engineer, Technical Lead, or Technical Officer - Strong background in electronics engineering and mechanics - Understanding of assembly technology and electronics assembly processes - Advanced level of English Nice to have - Familiarity with satellite systems and high-reliability electronics - Experience with project management methodologies Job no.
