Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of 2 junior-to-mid-level QA engineers. - Drive QA planning, execution, and delivery within Agile/Scrum sprints. - Prioritize testing activities and manage day-to-day QA operations. - Respond effectively to urgent business requests and shifting priorities. - Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Business teams. - Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices. Quality Assurance & Testing: - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases. - Validate complex business logic and data transformations. - Identify quality risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies. - Review test coverage and ensure high standards of accuracy and completeness. - Support both functional and data validation testing efforts. Data & Technical Validation - Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data flows, transformations, and business rules. - Perform end-to-end testing of custom-built solutions and integrations. - Analyze healthcare datasets to ensure data quality and business rule compliance. - Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.
