Sales Director, Carrier Solutions

This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on accelerating growth across the life insurance and annuity market. You’ll own a sales quota and drive new-logo and expansion opportunities for technology solutions serving complex carrier needs. The role combines deep industry expertise, executive-level relationship building, consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management. You’ll engage directly with CIOs, COOs, underwriting leaders, and other senior stakeholders throughout sophisticated buying processes. Success requires the ability to connect technology capabilities with operational challenges and compelling business outcomes. You’ll work closely with solutions, commercial, and internal teams to shape competitive proposals and navigate multi-year sales cycles.
