Healthcare Analytics QA Lead – Value-Based Care Platform

Our partner is looking for a Healthcare Analytics QA Lead – Value-Based Care Platform based in the United States. The Healthcare Analytics QA Lead will oversee end-to-end quality assurance for a healthcare analytics platform integrating clinical, claims, and payer data to support value-based care initiatives. This hands-on leadership role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of operational dashboards and financial reporting. The successful candidate will take ownership of testing strategies, data validation, financial reconciliation, and client user acceptance testing (UAT). Working closely with technical teams, project stakeholders, and healthcare clients, they will identify defects, manage resolution processes, and ensure platform readiness for deployment. A key priority will be validating financial metrics against source claims data, with a strict reconciliation accuracy target of ±3%.
