Manager, Sales Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Sales Development based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Manager, Sales Development to lead and scale a high-performing team focused on acquiring new enterprise clients. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end sales development operations, driving pipeline growth and strengthening the effectiveness of outbound sales strategies. You will recruit, develop, and motivate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will also champion AI-driven innovation by introducing intelligent automation and agent-powered workflows to improve prospect research, outreach personalization, and team productivity. Working closely with Enterprise Sales, Client Partners, and Marketing, you will help translate strategic priorities into measurable business results.
