Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst(QA)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to strengthen the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of business-critical Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will combine quality assurance, business analysis, and Salesforce configuration expertise to ensure enhancements meet business needs and perform as expected. You will translate stakeholder requirements into clear user stories, detailed test scenarios, and documented processes while validating system functionality and integrations. Working closely with business analysts, developers, administrators, and stakeholders, you will contribute throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment. You will also support users through demonstrations and acceptance testing, investigate issues, and help improve testing practices.
