The ideal candidate has strong experience translating designs into clean, reusable UI components, integrating with REST APIs, and implementing role-aware, permission-driven interfaces. Key Responsibilities - UI Development:Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance, and reusable UI components using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - API Integration:Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs, handling loading, error, and edge-case states cleanly. - Role-Based Access Control:Implement permission-driven UI behavior — conditional rendering, route guards, and feature visibility based on user roles. - State Management:Manage application and server state using modern patterns and libraries, keeping data flow predictable and maintainable. - Responsive Design:Ensure consistent functionality and visual quality across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints. - Testing:Write unit and component tests; contribute to automated test coverage as part of the development workflow. - Collaboration:Work closely with backend engineers, QA, and designers to deliver features end-to-end. - Code Quality:Maintain clean, well-documented, reusable code through code reviews and established engineering standards. Required Skills and Qualifications - 3–4 years of professional frontend development experience. - Strong hands-on experience withReactJS and TypeScript. - Proficiency inHTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Experience integrating frontend applications withREST APIs. - Experience buildingresponsive, cross-device UIthat works consistently across browsers and screen sizes. - Practical experience implementingrole-based access controlor similar permission-driven UI patterns. - Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI design. - Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good to Have - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools(e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in day-to-day engineering workflows is an advantage. - Experience with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack) and state management libraries (TanStack Query, Zustand, Redux, or similar). - Experience with component libraries / design systems (Material-UI or equivalent) and form libraries (React Hook Form or similar). - Experience integrating with Transportation Management System (TMS) APIsor similar logistics/supply-chain platforms is a plus. - Exposure to mapping/geospatial UI libraries (Mapbox GL JS or similar). - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing (axe-core). - Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright). - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
