As a Senior AI Growth Engineer, you will build the systems that power scalable customer acquisition and demand generation. You will design and ship AI-driven infrastructure spanning audience intelligence, enrichment, personalization, and campaign automation. Your work will connect data, marketing, experimentation, and CRM systems into reliable acquisition workflows. You will identify high-potential customer segments and develop models that help prioritize the right audiences and opportunities. Working closely with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, data, sales, and product marketing teams, you will turn growth goals into automated programs.
