Sales Director - Northeast

Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team in the rapidly evolving application security and developer technology market. As Sales Director for the Northeast, you will manage and develop a team of 5–6 Account Executives, driving revenue growth while building a strong culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. You will oversee territory strategy, pipeline generation, deal execution, and forecasting in a technically sophisticated sales environment. Partnering closely with customer success, solution architecture, sales development, marketing, and revenue operations teams, you will help translate complex security capabilities into measurable business value. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with talent acquisition, performance management, and operational strategy.
