Analyst I Infrastructure Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst I Infrastructure Services based in  India. We are seeking an experienced IT support professional to coordinate onsite infrastructure and end-user computing services in an enterprise environment. In this role, you will oversee daily workplace support operations, guide a team of onsite support engineers, and ensure incidents and service requests are handled efficiently. You will provide technical oversight across desktop devices, Windows systems, Microsoft 365 applications, workplace peripherals, and connectivity issues. Working closely with business users, vendors, service desk teams, and remote infrastructure specialists, you will help maintain service continuity and meet agreed service levels. You will also contribute to asset management, operational reporting, governance, and continuous service improvement. This full-time opportunity is suited to a customer-focused professional with strong troubleshooting, coordination, and escalation management skills.
