Software Release Manager

We're hiring a Release Manager – CRM / Salesforce Program (long-term, hybrid Utrecht, English-speaking). Lead end-to-end release management for a large-scale Salesforce CRM transformation. Own release planning, coordination, governance and production deployments across Salesforce squads, integration teams and dependent systems. You’ll manage the integrated release calendar, Salesforce environment/deployment activities, readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decisions, while driving dependency management, risk escalation and continuous improvement of CI/CD and release maturity. Must-haves: Hands-on Salesforce release management experience in complex enterprise programs, strong Agile/SAFe coordination across multiple squads, stakeholder management, and experience with integrations, CI/CD and production releases. Dutch is strongly preferred. Fluent English is required.
